Duration: 3.05 minutes
Audience: Young adults, of both genre who are previously interested in rap or hip hop. The video will appeal to them because they will previously be aware of the stereotypes that are linked to rap and hip-hop videos.
Resume: Wild upbeat style with fun elements. The genre of the song is rap and hip-hop and the video will reflect this by manipulating some of the conventions of filming and editing. We are going to interpret it by editing it with bold colours and fast paced unique images. The audience can expect to see loud images that give off an enthusiastic vibe. The basic story will consist of three girls living a carefree lifestyle with only fun on the agenda. The song refers to clubbing and hallucinogenic themes so we decided to reflect this we would have some shots that would not quite make sense to the audience but still fit in with the lyrics.
Suggested Elements: The costumes with be colourful and outrageous, which will almost convey an american style. The locations will reflect both the music and the characters for example some shots will be taken in skate parks to show a care free lifestyle. The characters performance will be bold and over the top. Some of the key locations will have an underground kind of theme. There will be repetitive locations that are shown several times if only for a few seconds each time this will reflect the beat of the song. We will also use a studio space to create a club style location, using glow stick to make it look like the location is full with people.
